Pinda Sweda massage / lymphatic drainage is performed with pindas (canvas bags filled with a mixture of spices and herbs) that are used to tampon and energize the entire body. This very intense and specific technique is one of the five basic therapies performed within Panchakarma (five Ayurvedic treatments used to cleanse the body of toxic substances), where one of the essential ingredients of pinda – ground ginger – has the most intense purifying effect.

Pinda Sweda’s goal is to balance energy centers that serve as energy activators.

Massage / lymphatic drainage of pindas has a beneficial effect on the whole organism. Relaxation and purification are achieved at all levels, as well as intense warming of the body and raising vital energy.
